Privacy Policy
Last updated 2 September 2026
This policy explains what Rocket Brand does with your data when you use this website: what is collected, what it is for, who it is shared with, and how to have it deleted.
It describes this website, and nothing else. If anything here does not match what you see, write to parceiros@rocketbrand.com.br — putting it right is our job.
1. Who is responsible for your data
Rocket Brand decides what happens to the data collected on this website — the data controller, in the words of the GDPR.
For anything to do with this policy, including requests and complaints: parceiros@rocketbrand.com.br.
2. What data is collected
Only what you type into the contact form. Nothing is filled in behind the scenes, and this website has no sign-up, no account and no password.
- Name
- Subject of your enquiry
- Email address
- Phone number
- The message you write
- The language you were browsing in, so we know which one to reply in
3. Your IP address, and for how long
When you send the form, the server keeps your IP address for up to one hour. It serves one purpose: stopping a bot from firing off hundreds of messages. After that hour the record disappears on its own.
Beyond that, the site does not record where you went, how long you stayed, which site you came from or what device you use.
4. Cookies and analytics
This website uses no cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no social media pixel, no heatmap and no other measurement tool.
That is why there is no cookie banner here: there would be nothing for you to accept or refuse.
5. What the data is used for
To reply to you. That is the only use.
Your data is not sold, rented or used for advertising, and writing to us does not add you to any mailing list.
6. The legal basis
Under the GDPR, the basis is your own request: you fill in the form because you want an answer, which is a step taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)), and our legitimate interest in replying to someone who approaches the company (Art. 6(1)(f)).
As the website belongs to a Brazilian domain, the Brazilian data protection law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018) also applies, with equivalent bases in Art. 7, V and Art. 7, IX.
Keeping the IP address for one hour rests on the legitimate interest of keeping the form working and free of abuse.
7. Who the data is shared with
With the minimum needed for your message to arrive:
- Resend — the service that delivers the email carrying your message to Rocket Brand.
- Grupo KRX T.I. — the technical partner that hosts and maintains this website.
- Public authorities, only where there is a legal obligation.
8. Where the data sits, and international transfers
The website runs on a server hosted by Oracle Cloud in the São Paulo region, Brazil. The email delivery service operates outside Brazil and the European Union.
For anyone in Europe this is an international transfer: it happens because it is necessary to carry out the contact you asked for (GDPR, Art. 49(1)(b)).
9. How long the data is kept
Your message stays in Rocket Brand's mailbox for as long as it is needed to deal with your enquiry and to keep a record of the commercial relationship. There is no copy of it in any website database — the site keeps nothing once the message has been sent.
You can ask for it to be deleted at any time, and it will be.
10. Your rights
The GDPR, and the Brazilian LGPD (Art. 18), give you the right to:
- Know whether we hold data about you, and ask to see it
- Have anything wrong or incomplete corrected
- Ask for your data to be deleted
- Receive a copy of your data in a readable format
- Withdraw consent and object to the processing
- Know who your data has been shared with
11. How to exercise those rights
Write to parceiros@rocketbrand.com.br saying what you want. We reply as quickly as we can and, in any case, within 30 days.
12. Complaints
If you believe your complaint has not been dealt with properly, you can take it to a data protection authority: the CNPD in Portugal, the relevant national authority elsewhere in the European Union, or the ANPD in Brazil (gov.br/anpd).
13. Security
The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and the form is submitted through it. No measure removes risk entirely, but the only data this site collects is what you chose to write, and it is not stored here.
14. Children
This website is aimed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you become aware that a child has sent us data, write to parceiros@rocketbrand.com.br and it will be deleted.
15. Links to other websites
There are links to third-party pages, such as our Instagram profile. What those websites do with your data is their responsibility, and their own privacy policy applies.
16. Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. The version published here is the one that applies.
